Ordering and contract formation
Once sales are enabled, the buyer selects an available product and variant, reviews quantity, contact details, delivery, total cost and payment method, reads these terms and accepts them before payment. An order is the buyer’s offer to purchase; the contract is formed when the seller confirms acceptance by email. An automatic acknowledgement or B2B enquiry alone is not acceptance. The confirmation provides the contract terms in a format that can be saved. This sales process is currently inactive.
Prices and payment
Catalogue prices are in euros (EUR). Approved retail prices include VAT; the final total and delivery charge must be disclosed before an obligation to pay is assumed. VESTRIK currently accepts no payments: no purchasing payment methods are active. MakeCommerce is the intended processor, but the VESTRIK integration has not been activated. Bank or card methods will be offered only following provider approval and activation of the particular methods. Naming a platform does not mean all its methods will be available.
Shipping
No orders are currently dispatched. The EU warehouse is in Lithuania. Planned dispatch is within 1 business day; delivery to European countries typically takes 5–10 business days, without a guaranteed deadline. Dispatch and carrier delivery are separate stages. The Lithuania shipping option is configured at EUR 5.99 below EUR 250 and free from EUR 250; the previous EUR 40 threshold has been replaced. The existing EUR 17 international technical rate is unchanged; final international destinations, carriers and rates remain subject to approval. Sales remain unavailable. Discount interactions and checkout shipping eligibility must be tested before sales begin. Confirmed methods and charges will be displayed before payment.
Consumer withdrawal and refunds
A consumer normally has 14 days after receiving goods to notify withdrawal from a distance contract, then 14 days to return them. Email the seller with the order number and a clear withdrawal statement; use the returns address above. The buyer bears direct withdrawal return shipping costs. Rights concerning defective goods are unaffected.
The amount paid and standard outbound delivery charge are refunded within 14 days of notice, using the original method unless otherwise agreed without a fee. The seller may withhold repayment until receiving the goods or evidence of dispatch. An extra charge for a more expensive chosen delivery method is not refunded.
Exceptions apply only where the actual goods meet statutory conditions—for example, unsealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons. “Peptide”, “research” or “syringe” labels alone do not create an exception. Actual packaging and characteristics require assessment; there is no catalogue-wide returns exclusion. Mandatory remedies for defects remain.
Complaints
Contact the seller in writing or by email, stating the requested remedy and purchase details. A reasoned response is provided within 14 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to VVTAT or a court. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Product-specific restrictions
The catalogue contains peptide and biochemical compounds in different presentations and insulin syringes; retatrutide and tirzepatide categories are not concealed. Sale eligibility, intended use and claims require individual approval. A listing, zero stock or an 18+ acknowledgement does not authorize sale. Scientific profiles are neither specific-batch analysis nor treatment advice. VESTRIK is not exclusively B2B or laboratory-only and currently enforces no such customer restriction. Sales of unapproved or restricted products are not enabled.
